Refund eligibility

• - Refund eligibility is reviewed only after a cancellation request is acknowledged by the resort team.
• - Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
• - Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, last-minute cancellation deductions and no-show charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
• - Do not make a payment until the resort provides written booking terms for the selected dates and package.

Processing

• - Refund timelines begin only after the resort confirms refund approval in writing.
• - Any bank, card network, UPI, wallet or payment gateway delay is outside the resort's direct control.
